Volume 1, Part 2 of the Chancery Court Records of Bedford County, Tennessee contains the records of all cases heard in the Chancery Court of Bedford County, Tennessee from Monday 14 August 1837 through Monday 27 August 1845. These records are provided in both the original, handwritten form as well as in a typewritten transcription. An 18 page index is included that list all of the names that appear in the court records in alphabetical order and gives the page(s) in the records on which each name appears. In addition, there is another, modern index to all names appearing in this volume and part here. The records themselves are 380 pages in length.   2. records of the property belonging to estates including lists of debtors to the estate, 
  3. records of the division of property among the heirs of estates,
  4. case records of disputes among heirs concerning the division of property in estates,
  5. considerable detail concerning the property owned by individuals, and 
  6. maps documenting the division of the land of a decedent among the heirs upon order of the court.

Pages can be printed directly on almost any  printer attached to your local computer - no need to pay the high copying costs at a library or archives and accept the poor quality prints produced by most microfilm printers. The typewritten transcription is on Roll 2 in Record Group 107 at TSLA. The transcription was prepared by the Work's Progress Administration in 1937.  The original, handwritten records are on Roll 27 in Bedford County, Tennessee Record Group at TSLA.
