GSC Associates helps organizations develop an in-house expertise in system and product

engineering and management practices and procedures. This includes writing standards
practices and procedures for all phases of product and system development.
- Training: We train your in-house staff in engineering and management
practices and methodologies to improve their effectiveness. We teach specialized courses
in our areas of expertise, including usability, human computer interaction, computer
networks and communications and multimedia.
- Recruiting: We assist your organization in recruiting new staff by
conducting interviews with prospective employees to help you evaluate their technical or
management abilities.
- Turn-arounds: In many cases we have helped our clients turn-around a
failing organization or product by identifying and correcting flaws in specifications,
competitive analyses, designs, and/or development practices. We have trained
employees to be more effective managers, put into place effective engineering practices in
organizations that had none, planned product development, and managed engineering
organizations on a temporary basis.
